Citadel Enterprise Americas LLC hired T Cap Solutions LLC to lobby on market structure and financial services industry issues. Charlie ​Thornton, former chief of staff for the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission in the Trump administration, will work on the account.

​Autos Drive America, a trade group representing foreign-owned carmakers, hired Capitol Counsel LLC to lobby on electric vehicle policy. Ann ​Jablon, former chief of staff to House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Richard Neal (D-Mass.), will work on the account.

Securing America’s Future Energy hired Capitol Hill Consulting Group to lobby for buy outside of China requirements for electric vehicles. Former Rep. Steve Southerland (R-Fla.) will work on the account.

The ​Washington Football Team hired Squire Patton Boggs to lobby on issues related to federal transportation and economic development. Rodney ​Emery, former director of congressional affairs for the International Trade Administration under former President Obama, will work on the account. 

The ​National Association of Letter Carriers hired S-3 Group to lobby on general postal issues. Michael Long, former senior adviser to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.), will work on the account.

TECHNOLOGY

Intel Corp. hired Salinas Strategies LLC to lobby on issues related to intellectual property. Norberto ​Salinas, former Democratic senior counsel for the House Judiciary Committee, will work on the account.
