Clinton allies rip Trump’s remarks on women in new ad

A super-PAC aligned with Hillary Clinton is slamming Donald Trump’s past remarks on women in a new ad.

Correct the Record released the clip on Monday, highlighting the presumptive GOP presidential nominee’s own words.

{mosads}“Nobody respects women more than Donald Trump,” Trump says in the opening, before text asks, “Really?”

“She came to my wedding, she ate like a pig,” he continues. “Seriously, the wedding cake was like missing in action.”

“Did she have a good body? No,” Trump adds. “Did she have a fat ass? Absolutely.”

The spot, which lasts just over a minute, then rehashes Trump’s feud with Fox News anchor Megyn Kelly.

“Well, I just don’t respect her as a journalist,” he said. “I have no respect for her. I just don’t think she’s very good. I think she’s highly overrated.”

“When I came out, you could see that there was blood coming out of her eyes, there was blood coming out of her wherever,” Trump said after Kelly moderated the first Republican presidential debate.

The ad then pivots to other controversial comments Trump has made.

“Well, obviously it’s great outer beauty,” he tells a female reporter. “We could say politically correct that the look doesn’t matter, but the look obviously matters. Like, you wouldn’t have your job if you weren’t beautiful.

“Heidi Klum — sadly, she’s no longer a 10,” Trump says, referencing the super model.

“I can’t say that either,” Trump adds at the commercial’s conclusion, responding to a question if he respects women.

Trump has repeatedly accused Clinton of playing “the woman card” and overemphasizing her gender on the campaign trail.

Clinton said last week that she would rally female voters against the billionaire in the general presidential election in November.

“The whole idea of ‘playing the woman card,’ which he charged I was doing, and by extension other women were doing, has just lit a fire under so many women in this country,” the Democratic presidential front-runner said.
