Melania Trump and Karen Pence visit Whataburger in Texas
First lady Melania Trump and second lady Karen Pence on Wednesday visited popular Texas hamburger chain Whataburger while in the state to meet with victims of Hurricane Harvey.

Trump and Pence also bought lunch for the press pool traveling with them.

The two visited the burger chain while in Corpus Christi, where they participated in a meet and greet with first responders to the storm. {mosads}
Trump and Pence then met with a family in Rockport, Texas, whose home was destroyed in the storm.
They also visited a local elementary school to speak with teachers and students about the storm.
Hurricane Harvey made landfall in Texas in late August as a Category 4 storm.
