The man who organized the white nationalist rally that left one person dead on Saturday was mobbed by protesters and chased offstage during a Sunday press conference.
Footage uploaded by NBC News showed protesters swarming the podium as Jason Kessler attempted to speak, with one man taking a swing at the man who organized Saturday’s “Unite the Right” rally in Charlottesville, Va.

{mosads}Kessler can be seen running from protesters and cameras through a garden when another individual attempts to shove him. The video shows police ultimately intervening.
A driver mowed down counter-protesters on Saturday in Charlottesville, leaving one person dead and multiple others injured.
Twenty-year-old James Alex Fields Jr. has been charged with second-degree murder, failure to stop in an accident that resulted in death, and malicious wounding.
Kessler said organizers sought a peaceful rally and put the blame on law enforcement for the violence that overtook it on Saturday.
