Watch live: Phoenix memorial service for Sen. John McCain
A memorial service is scheduled for Thursday afternoon in Phoenix to honor the late Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.), who died of brain cancer on Saturday.
Former Vice President Joe Biden will deliver remarks at the service at the North Phoenix Baptist Church.
The senator’s body will then leave Arizona and be transported to the U.S. Capitol in Washington, D.C., where he is scheduled to lie in state.
The Phoenix memorial service is scheduled to begin at 1 p.m.
