Watch live: Biden participates in HBCU homecoming

Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden and and his running mate, Sen. Kamala Harris (D-Calif.), on Friday evening are slated to participate in a HBCU Homecoming rally hosted by actor and comedian Tiffany Hadish. 

The event is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. EDT.
