Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) and Senate Minority Leader Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.) on Thursday are set to take questions at a joint press conference at the Capitol.
The Democratic leaders are negotiating a fifth coronavirus relief package with Trump administration officials, but lawmakers say they have not yet reached an agreement on key issues in the latest signal that they remain far apart despite a looming self-imposed deadline.
The press conference is scheduled to begin at 10:45 a.m.
