The House Judiciary Committee on Tuesday is holding a hearing on the oversight of special counsel Robert Mueller report.
Committee Chairman Jerrold Nadler (D-N.Y.) has criticized former White House counsel Don McGahn for not attending.
The committee hearing is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m.
