GOP sends ObamaCare repeal to White House
House Republicans declared victory Thursday after sending ObamaCare repeal legislation to the White House.
{mosads}President Obama is expected to veto the legislation, and Republicans do not have the votes to override him.
But Republicans believe the effort is a messaging victory that underlines their argument that the White House needs new leadership.
