Ryan pushes ‘open process’ on transportation bill
Freshly minted Speaker Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) is making good on his pledge for an “open process” on the House floor this week with a major transportation bill.
Lawmakers are offering nearly 270 amendments to the six-year highway bill under consideration the remainder of the week. The Hill’s Molly K. Hooper reports on the change in the chamber.
