Leno blasts Christie bridge scandal

Late night host Jay Leno on Thursday joked that Chris Christie’s refusal to take any blame for the George Washington Bridge controversy proved that he already has presidential qualities.

{mosads}The late night star joked that the New Jersey governor couldn’t be the one who closed the bridge to intentionally clog traffic because he was too busy clogging his own arteries.

But Leno said that didn’t mean Christie has never held up traffic before. He then showed the audience a clip of a large man pretending to be Christie crossing the street while disgruntled drivers honked for him to get out of the road.
