Carville: Obama has ‘deep’ problems
Democratic strategist James Carville warned Monday to “stop putting the nails in the coffin” for the Obama presidency.
“I think we can stop putting the nails in the coffin here. We can admit that there’s some real, deep, fundamental problems with this president. But I think we’re throwing the dirt here too soon,” Carville said on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe.”
{mosads}Carville said if the administration can have HealthCare.gov working well by the end of November, then “that story would fade somewhat in the background.” Carville is a columnist for The Hill.
The Department of Health and Human Services aims to have the ObamaCare website running smoothly by Nov. 30.
“I don’t think that the rollout has been a disaster. It’s been another joke,” he added.
Obama has already accomplished a lot, Carville said, including keeping the U.S. out of war.
