President Biden on Tuesday afternoon is slated to hold a press conference to give an update on the tensions between Russia and Ukraine.
His comments come as there have been conflicting reports about Russian troops withdrawing from the border, and Ukraine says some of its banks have been hit by a cyberattack.
The event is scheduled to begin at 3:30 p.m. ET.
