The judge overseeing former President Trump’s Georgia 2020 election subversion case will hold a hearing Wednesday afternoon after media outlets published recorded statements made by four defendants — including Trump-aligned attorneys Sidney Powell and Jenna Ellis — as part of their plea deals.
Prosecutors are demanding a protective order, which would place restrictions on how defendants can use materials they receive in discovery, including the videos.
