The Republican National Convention begins Monday afternoon in Milwaukee as scheduled, despite the attempt on former President Trump’s life Saturday.
Following introductory remarks from Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) shortly before 3 p.m. EDT, the party delegates will hold an official vote to nominate Trump as their candidate for the White House.
Beginning at 7:30 p.m. EDT, a slate of Republican speakers, listed below, will offer their own endorsements for the former — and possibly future — president.
Coverage begins at 2:30 p.m. EDT.
