Watch: Prosecutors detail Hunter Biden’s guilty verdict in gun case
Prosecutors who secured a guilty verdict against Hunter Biden on three felony counts related to the illegal purchase of a firearm in 2018 will speak with reporters Tuesday afternoon.
Hunter Biden was found to have lied about his addiction to crack cocaine on a federal form in obtaining the weapon, which he then possessed for 11 days.
The jury’s decision could lead to a sentence of as long as 10 years for the president’s son, as well as maximum fines of up to $250,000.
