Trump rallies New Jersey voters after second week of hush money testimonies: Watch live

Former President Trump will hit the campaign trail again Saturday with a stop in Wildwood, N.J.

The rally comes after the first two weeks of witness testimony in Trump’s New York hush money trial wrapped Friday. Adult film star Stormy Daniels, who is at the center of the case, gave a detailed and often risque, description of the alleged affair she had with the former president in 2006. His legal team cross-examined Daniels Thursday, attempting to paint Trump’s accuser as money-driven.

Ex-Trump fixer Michael Cohen, another key witness in the case, is expected to testify as early as next week. Judge Juan Merchan, who is overseeing the trial, advised him to stay quiet about the trial. Trump, who is under a gag order in the case, has already been fined for violating the order at least 10 times.

Trump is expected to speak in the Garden State at 5 p.m. ET.

The state’s GOP primary will take place on June 4.
