Watch live: Biden celebrates Americans with Disabilities Act

President Biden is slated to deliver remarks Monday afternoon to celebrate the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

In 1990, a bipartisan group of legislators passed the ADA, banning discrimination against people with disabilities in most areas of public life, from the workplace to schools to public transit.

Monday afternoon’s event is scheduled to begin at 2 p.m. EDT.
