President Biden is slated to hold a joint press conference Friday afternoon with President Yoon Suk Yeol of South Korea and Prime Minister Fumio Kishida of Japan.

The trilateral summit marks the first time Biden has invited foreign leaders to Camp David.

The three democratic countries share heightened concerns about China’s pursuit of domination in the military, technology, economic and diplomatic arenas.

The event is scheduled to begin at 3 p.m. EDT.
