Newark airport suspending AirTrain
Newark, N.J.’s Liberty International Airport is suspending service on its AirTrain that connects passengers with nearby Amtrak and commuter trains for two-and-a-half months, USA Today reports.
The train is being closed to allow airport officials to make repairs, according to the report.
{mosads}Airport officials are providing shuttle buses to replace the train service. They caution that passengers should allow extra time to make sure they catch their flights.
The regular fees that are normally charged for riding the AirTrain will be collected for the shuttle bus trips, according to the report.
