Former Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood is joining the Washington, D.C., and Chicago law firm DLA Piper, the Chicago Tribune reports.

LaHood, who is also a former congressman, will be a “senior policy adviser” but he will not lobby for the firm, according to the report.
