An aide to House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee Chairman Bill Shuster (R-Pa.) is leaving Capitol Hill.
Shuster’s personal Communications Director Gretchen Gailey said in an email on Friday that she was leaving to work at a public relations firm in Alexandria, Va., called Blueprint Communications.
{mosads}Gailey said she will be a senior associate at the firm.
She described her new role as “helping their clients deal with the media; pitching stories to the press, doing crisis management for breaking stories, and just in general teaching companies the best way to handle the media.”
