Mueller won’t be recommending further indictments
Special counsel Robert Mueller is not recommending any additional indictments in his investigation, The Hill has confirmed.
A senior Justice official said that after nearly two years of leading the high-profile investigation, Mueller does not recommend additional indictments.
{mosads}The news comes shortly after Mueller turned over his long-anticipated report detailing his investigation’s findings to Attorney General William Barr on Friday.
News that the probe was wrapping up came after Barr notified the House and Senate Judiciary committees that he has received and is reviewing Mueller’s report, according to a letter circulated by the Justice Department.
In his letter, he writes that he “may be in a position to advise you of the Special Counsel’s principal conclusions as soon as this weekend.”
