It was a sharp reversal for Scott, who led the charge against the Affordable Care Act in the courts and had specifically ruled out its Medicaid expansion.
Conservatives were deeply upset with Scott’s decision to embrace the expansion, and could use Bush’s opposition in an effort to scuttle Scott’s plans in the state legislature.
