{mosads}Koskinen will appear before the Senate Finance Committee on Feb. 3, in a hearing examining IRS operations and President Obama’s latest budget.
The IRS chief has pressed lawmakers to increase funding for his agency throughout his tenure, but instead saw Congress slash his budget in December.
