Reps. Charles Boustany (R-La.), Chris Collins (R-N.Y.) and Gregg Harper (R-Miss.) have been circulating a letter, backed by the National Association of Manufacturers and the Chamber of Commerce, among Republican House members endorsing reauthorization of the controversial Export-Import Bank.
