Moody’s: Higher education on negative
A top credit rater is keeping America’s colleges on a negative outlook, The Wall Street Journal reports.
Moody’s, which now has put the higher education sector on negative outlook for two years, chalks up its decision to a trickling revenue stream and an uncertain labor market.
