Apple CEO Tim Cook has been granted a restraining order request by the Santa Clara County Superior Court against a woman who has continuously trespassed in his home, claiming that he is the father of his children, according to a report by CBS News.

The 45-year-old Virginia woman also allegedly has emailed Cook photos of a loaded pistol.

The restraining order request states that it is believed the woman “may be armed” and “intends to return to Cook’s residence or locate him in the near future,” according to CBS. Cook was granted the restraining order by the court Friday.

As part of the restraining order, the woman is prohibited from approaching Cook in person or contacting him through email or social media and is also prohibited from possessing any firearms, reports CBS.

The woman was first brought to Apple’s attention in October 2020 when she tweeted that Cook fathered her twin children. The woman then proceeded to email Cook more than 200 times between late October and mid-November of 2020.

In November, the woman allegedly emailed Cook photos of a gun alongside loaded ammunition and threatened Cook, writing, “My new gun will never return it at this time before I shoot!” CBS reports.

“I warned and told you stop trying to kill me. You made me buy this instead of going for Christmas. I will NEVER forget forgive you,” she also allegedly wrote in an email with more gun photos.

In addition, the woman allegedly used Cook’s name, personal address and Apple’s corporate address to attempt to open several fraudulent businesses with “offensive” names in Virginia, New York and California, reports CBS.

On New Year’s Day, the woman posted on Twitter, “Tim Cook will be suicided in his condo.” She then allegedly emailed Cook personally, writing, “You must empty the condo” and “I will move in next week 2nd warning.”
