Four killed in Kansas bar shooting

A shooting in a Kansas City bar left four people dead and another five wounded Saturday night, police said.

The Kansas City Police Department confirmed on Twitter that nine people were shot and four died.

Police found the four men dead at the Tequila KC bar in Kansas City, Kansas. The department was called at 1:27 a.m., CNN reported.

The other five shot are in stable condition in hospitals as of Sunday morning, with two people being released, CNN reported.

{mosads} Police spokesman Thomas Tomasic told reporters that there were “possibly two suspects that entered” the bar that had about 40 people inside and shot. Investigators believe the shooting arose after a previous brawl in the establishment.

“We don’t feel that these suspects are going to go out and do this again,” CNN reported he said.
