Former deputy attorney general Sally Yates will tell a Senate panel during an appearance on Wednesday that former President Obama and former Vice President Joe Biden did not attempt to “direct or influence” the FBI’s investigation into former national security adviser Michael Flynn.

Yates is appearing before the Senate Judiciary Committee as part of a GOP probe into the Russia investigation.
