The Fearless Girl statue in New York City has been updated to pay tribute to the late Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

New Yorkers passing by Wall Street noticed over the weekend that the statue had been dressed with a lace collar reminiscent of Ginsburg’s signature style.

The change popped up within 24 hours of Ginsburg’s death on Friday, due to complications from pancreatic cancer. Her death has sent shockwaves through the nation and prompted an outpouring of tributes to remember the pioneer of women’s rights on the Supreme Court bench.

According to local outlet Pix11, the company that first commissioned the Fearless Girl, State Street Global Advisors, also took out a full-page ad in the times on Sunday to honor Ginsburg, featuring a photo of the statue with Ginsburg’s collar. The headline read: “Here’s to the original.”

The Fearless Girl statue was erected in the Financial District on International Women’s Day in 2017, appearing to stare down the Charging Bull statue. It eventually moved to stand outside the New York Stock Exchange.

New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D) on Saturday announced that the state would erect a statue of Ginsburg in her birthplace of Brooklyn to “honor the life and legacy” of the justice.
