Months after adult-film star Stormy Daniels said she was threatened to keep quiet about an alleged affair with President Trump, fellow adult-film star Jessica Drake is backing up her claims.
Drake told The Washington Post that Daniels had told her about the incident shortly after it happened.
Daniels said a man threatened her in a Las Vegas parking lot in 2011 to keep quiet about her alleged affair with Trump after she tried to shop the story to tabloids.
{mosads}Daniels, Drake said, later reminded her of the incident in October 2016, one day after Drake publicly accused Trump of inappropriately touching her.
“She was warning me, I needed to be very careful,” Drake told The Post.
Daniels told her not to be alone, Drake said.
The porn star told the newspaper that she had known Daniels for about 15 years but they are not close.
“I wouldn’t say we are friends now,” Drake said.
She’s prepared to corroborate Daniels’s story in court because, she said, “women need to be heard and believed.”
Daniels, whose legal name is Stephanie Clifford, first said she was threatened during an interview with “60 Minutes” in March.
Drake, whose legal name is Angel Ryan, is named in Daniels’s nondisclosure agreement with Trump as having information about their alleged relationship.
Both women say they met Trump during a 2006 celebrity golf tournament in Lake Tahoe.
Trump reportedly offered Drake $10,000 to come to his room, which she said she declined.
She later accepted his invitation to his penthouse suite with friends.
Trump greeted them in pajamas and hugged and kissed each of them on their lips without asking permission, Drake said.
Daniels is suing to void her nondisclosure agreement about the alleged affair with Trump, saying the document is void because he reportedly never signed it.
She is also suing Trump and his personal lawyer, Michael Cohen, for defamation after they said she was lying about her claims.
