IBM stops advertising on Laura Ingraham’s show

Fox News

IBM has joined the sponsors pulling their ads from Fox News host Laura Ingraham’s show, The Wrap reported Wednesday.

“IBM no longer advertises on the show you referenced,” an IBM spokesman told the publication.

The tech giant was reportedly the only blue-chip company that advertised on “The Ingraham Angle.”

IBM did not immediately return The Hill’s request for comment.

More than 20 companies have pulled their ads from Ingraham’s show since she mocked Parkland, Fla., high school shooting survivor David Hogg last month for being rejected by some colleges.

Hogg began targeting her advertisers after her tweet.

Ingraham later apologized and invited Hogg to appear again on her show. However, the student rejected the apology, saying that Ingraham had only offered it because she was starting to lose advertisers.

Ingraham took a planned weeklong vacation last week as advertisers dropped her show.

She marked her return to the network on Monday by attacking “Stalinist” efforts by liberal activists to “intimidate those who disagree with them.”

SlimFast and Blue Apron pulled their ads on Tuesday, after Ingraham’s return.
