Sen. Gary Peters (Mich.), the top Democrat on the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, and Sen. Ron Wyden (Ore.), the top Democrat on the Senate Finance Committee, on Wednesday released a report countering the GOP investigation into former Vice President Joe Biden and his son Hunter Biden.
Two Senate Republican chairmen earlier in the day released findings from their months-long investigation, arguing that Hunter Biden’s work for a Ukrainian gas company “cast a shadow” over Obama-era policy.
