Number of pledged delegates for each 2020 Democrat

With the departure of Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) from the 2020 race, former Vice President Joe Biden is now the presumptive Democratic nominee.

At the Democratic National Convention in August, Biden will need at least 1,991 of the 3,979 total pledged delegates to secure the nomination on the first ballot.

Here’s  how many pledged delegates each White House hopeful has won during the state nominating contests.
