President Biden will travel to Louisiana next week on his public relations blitz to tout his coronavirus and infrastructure packages.

The White House announced Saturday that Biden will go to Lake Charles and New Orleans on Thursday as part of the “Getting America Back on Track” tour.

The tour is being used to promote the White House’s $1.9 trillion coronavirus relief package, which was signed into law earlier this year, as well as Biden’s $4 trillion proposal — split into two parts — to invest in infrastructure, child care, health care and more.

Biden has already traveled to Georgia and Philadelphia to promote his plans, which he says are crucial to propel the country’s economic recovery from the coronavirus pandemic.

Unlike the previous two stops, Louisiana marks a ruby-red state that will not host a competitive election in 2022.

Biden started his publicity blitz with a trip to Duluth, Ga., on Thursday marking his 100th day in office.

“It’s only been 100 days, but I have to tell you, I’ve never been more optimistic about the future in America. America is on the move again,” Biden told supporters.

The White House’s effort is being boosted by outside groups, including the Biden-affiliated nonprofit Building Back Together, which Friday rolled out a multimillion ad blitz in key swing states, including Pennsylvania, Nevada, Georgia and Wisconsin.
