Trump praises Fox News show as ‘MANDATORY watching’ to understand government corruption, ‘Russian hoax’
President Trump on Sunday called a Fox News show “MANDATORY watching” for people seeking to understand “the massive governmental corruption and the Russian Hoax.”
“Just watched Sunday Morning Futures with @MariaBartiromo on @FoxNews. This show is MANDATORY watching if you want to understand the massive governmental corruption and the Russian Hoax,” he wrote on Twitter. “It will be rebroadcast this evening at 6:00 P.M. on @FoxBusiness. A must see!”

{mosads}Trump’s tweet was his latest attack on special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election and possible collusion between the Trump campaign and Moscow.
In a tweet earlier Sunday, Trump revisited his charge that the “Mueller Witch Hunt” is illegal.
“The illegal Mueller Witch Hunt continues in search of a crime. There was never Collusion with Russia, except by the Clinton campaign, so the 17 Angry Democrats are looking at anything they can find. Very unfair and BAD for the country. ALSO, not allowed under the LAW!” he said.

Trump has frequently sought to discredit the special counsel and has often described the investigation as a “hoax” and a “witch hunt” even as his own intelligence officials have said that Russia meddled in the 2016 election.
Trump’s former campaign manager, Paul Manafort, last week became the latest former Trump associate to agree to cooperate with the special counsel in the investigation. Manafort pleaded guilty to two federal charges Friday as part of a cooperation agreement with investigators. He had earlier been convicted of eight charges in a separate trial in Virginia.
Other former associates of Trump that have agreed to cooperate with the special counsel include former campaign adviser George Papadopoulos, former national security adviser Michael Flynn and former deputy campaign chairman Richard Gates.
Trump often praises Fox News and its coverage of him while blasting competitors like CNN as “fake news.”
