Second brawl breaks out at Trump’s Walk of Fame star

A second brawl broke out Sunday evening at President Trump’s Walk of Fame star in Hollywood, according to a CBS affiliate in Los Angeles.

Los Angeles Police Department officers had to intervene after Trump supporters violently clashed with anti-Trump protesters at the Hollywood Boulevard star, according to the report.

A man in a red “Make America Great Again” hat was reportedly yelling into a megaphone when a Trump detractor tried to take the hat off his head. When another anti-Trump protester got involved, the man wearing the hat head-butted him, according to a witness at the scene.

This is the second brawl at Trump’s Walk of Fame star this week.

A Thursday night clash apparently started when someone said the “n-word” to a group of Trump protesters that were chanting “F— Donald Trump,” according to a TMZ report

The brawls come on the heels of several instances of people vandalizing the star. Videos of two different men destroying the star weeks apart have emerged in recent weeks, and the Thursday brawl occurred a day after a man vandalized the star using a pickax.

Austin Clay was arrested by Los Angeles police for the vandalism after claiming responsibility for the damage.

Clay, however, was bailed out of jail by James Otis, a man who previously vandalized the star with a sledgehammer and pickax days before the November 2016 election.

One man was arrested in the incident Sunday night.
