Steve Dettelbach, director of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, and a Drug Enforcement Administration official are slated to deliver remarks Thursday on public safety issues at the U.S. Conference of Mayors’s annual meeting in Kansas City, Mo.
