Watch live: Biden signs Ukraine aid legislation

President Biden on Monday afternoon will sign the Ukraine Democracy Defense Lend-Lease Act of 2022, which increases his authority to enter agreements to provide military equipment to Ukraine.

The event is scheduled to begin at 2:45 p.m. ET.
