The Hill’s 12:30 Report: Trump’s threat to Ryan | More Podesta emails | Trump reportedly walked into teen pageant changing room | The Hill takes over Sirius XM’s ‘Press Pool’ today | ‘Trumpkins’ are back

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE GET JOHN PODESTA A STIFF DRINK?: WikiLeaks released a fourth dump of material allegedly stolen from the email account of Hillary Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta, publishing more than 1,100 new emails on its website. What’s unclear: How long WikiLeaks will continue to release Podesta emails. So far, 6,000 have been released. Clinton reaction: The Clinton campaign has refused to confirm any of the leaked material and claims that WikiLeaks is acting as a front for the Russian government. http://bit.ly/2dkx9o6

LOVE US!!!: Senior Hillary Clinton aide Huma Abedin asked top Clinton team members whether Clinton could “survive not answering question from press” after major policy events early in her campaign, according to emails leaked by WikiLeaks. http://bit.ly/2dJDf1X

SHOW YOUR FACE: Federal intelligence officials are openly speculating that WikiLeaks has become a mouthpiece for the Russian government. http://bit.ly/2dMcJaE But of course, Russian president Vladimir Putin denies it.

Happy Wednesday! I’m Cate Martel with a quick recap of what you missed this morning — and what’s on tap for the rest of the day. Send comments, story ideas and weekend plans to cmartel@digital-stage.thehill.com, @CateMartel and on Facebook.

TALK OF THE MORNING — TRUMP REPORTEDLY WALKED IN ON TEEN BEAUTY QUEENS, BECAUSE ¯_(ツ)_/¯: Via BuzzFeed’s Kendall Taggart, Jessica Garrison and Jessica Testa, four women who competed in the 1997 Miss Teen USA beauty pageant said Donald Trump walked into the dressing room while contestants — some as young as 15 — were changing. The former Miss Vermont Teen USA recalled Trump saying something like, “Don’t worry, ladies, I’ve seen it all before.” http://bzfd.it/2dVTgA5

FLASHBACK: On Saturday, CNN’s Andrew Kaczynski, Chris Massie and Nate McDermott released audio of Trump telling Howard Stern, “Well, I’ll tell you the funniest is that before a show, I’ll go backstage and everyone’s getting dressed, and everything else, and you know, no men are anywhere, and I’m allowed to go in because I’m the owner of the pageant and therefore I’m inspecting it. You know, I’m inspecting because I want to make sure that everything is good.” http://cnn.it/2e5owk1

{mosads}EXCLUSIVE — TRUMP CAMPAIGN CEO WANTED TO OUST PAUL RYAN BY SPRING: Via The Hill’s Jonathan SwanSteve Bannon, Trump’s campaign CEO, gave his staff explicit orders to destroy Speaker Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) when he ran the right-wing news outlet Breitbart. On editorial conference calls, the Breitbart chairman would often say “Paul Ryan is the enemy,” according to a source who worked with Bannon at the news organization. Emails obtained by The Hill: http://bit.ly/2e6RZVB

WHY IS THIS WORD OK TO USE IN PUBLIC ALL OF A SUDDEN!? GAHHHD.: Russia’s foreign minister: “There are so many pussies around your presidential campaign on both sides that I prefer not to comment.” Video: http://bit.ly/2dWabmo

The Daily Beast’s Nancy Youssef
Overheard at the Pentagon: “Russia is grabbing us by our giant p%#$y.” http://bit.ly/2dX3sdN

DUDE, STOP TRYING TO DRAG ME INTO THIS: Via The Hill’s Scott Wong, Trump’s flailing campaign has become a threat to Speaker Paul Ryan (R-Wis.). Instead of focusing attacks on Democrats less than a month before the election, fellow Ryan has been taking the brunt of Trump’s attacks. I.e.: Who cares if there isn’t an “i” in “team,” because there sure is an “M-E.” http://bit.ly/2dX97AE

WE’RE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER – NAHT: Freedom Caucus member Rep. Jim Bridenstine (R-Okla.) said today if Ryan’s not for Trump then he’s not for Ryan. http://bit.ly/2dMcOet

Meanwhile, in Brooklyn –> http://gph.is/2dLXxdz 😉
