The host of the YouTube channel “The Funky Academic” joined Hill.TV’s “Rising” on Wednesday to talk about the relationship between Hollywood and the Pentagon.
Irami Osei-Frimpong told co-hosts Saagar Enjeti and Krystal Ball about the Pentagon’s requests for changes to movies, saying it can lead to a kind of censorship.
“I need to know that maybe Hollywood maybe wants to use all of the U.S. Military’s goodies, to have like, a very high quality production, so they will send their script to the Department of Defense liaison for entertainment to get it approved,” he says.
