The Intercept’s D.C. bureau chief Ryan Grim discussed Tuesday’s primary races in Massachusetts on Hill.TV’s “Rising.”

The races include a Democratic battle for Senate between Rep. Joe Kennedy III and Sen. Ed Markey as well as a Democratic primary between Holyoke Mayor Alex Morse and incumbent Rep. Richard Neal.
