“BREAKING,” the tweet reads, “Thomas J. Henry Law files one of the first lawsuits in Travis Scott Astroworld Festival tragedy. If you or a loved one was injured in the Astroworld festival tragedy call now: 866-340-0555 to speak with an attorney.”
According to the Daily Mail article linked in the tweet, the plaintiff is 23-year-old Kristian Paredes, who was “severely injured” in the stampede.

As concertgoers pushed and stampeded toward the stage during Scott’s set, hundreds in the crowd were injured and eight died. Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner told The Independent that the ages of the eight victims who died ranged from 14 to 27 years old.
