Biden goes for stroll by the beach while wife signs books

SPOTTED: Vice President Biden (perhaps recovering from some Fourth of July festivities) dressed in a casual summer outfit, strolling the streets of Rehoboth, Del., on Thursday.

A group who appeared to be Secret Service agents was eyed walking a short distance from Biden. Our spy heard them joking that it would be a good idea to grab a beer on the scorcher of an afternoon.
