Matt Stroia joined Pfizer as senior director of federal government relations. Stroia most recently served as chief of staff to Rep. Mike Kelly (R-Pa.). 

Rich Luchette joined Precision Strategies as a communications principal. Luchette most recently served as senior adviser to Rep. David Cicilline (D-R.I.), chairman of the House antitrust subcommittee.

Robert Cresanti joined Accenture as head of global government relations. Cresanti previously served as under secretary for technology at the Commerce Department under former President George W. Bush and most recently led government relations for the International Franchise Association.

Jennifer Deci joined the Managed Funds Association as vice president of U.S. government affairs. Deci was most recently senior counsel to Sen. Mike Crapo (R-Idaho), the ranking member on the Senate Finance Committee.

Jeff Shockey joined Raytheon Technologies as senior vice president of global government relations. Shockey previously served as Republican staff director of the House Intelligence Committee and most recently was an executive at Boeing. 

Yul Edwards joined Thorn Run Partners as a partner. Edwards was most recently chief of staff to Rep. Danny Davis (D-Ill.).

Liz Ramsay Dalton joined Boundary Stone Partners as senior vice president. Dalton previously served as an Energy Department aide under former President Obama and most recently was vice president of strategy at clean energy venture capital firm Powerhouse.
