Keri Ann Hayes will lead a new PAC and campaign resources practice at Husch Blackwell Strategies. Hayes was national finance director for Sen. Roy Blunt (R-Mo.) since 2006.

The National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies named Neil Alldredge as its president and CEO. Alldredge has most recently led the group’s corporate affairs, since 2017.

Elizabeth-Burton Jones joined Seven Letter as a director. Jones most recently served as press secretary for Rep. Steve Chabot (R-Ohio).

Precision Strategies promoted Mike Spahn to partner. Spahn joined the firm as managing partner in 2019 and previously was chief of staff to Sen. Patty Murray (D-Wash.).

The Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory appointed Jonathan Nurse as director of federal relations. Nurse most recently led federal relations at Florida State University.

Morgan Gress Johnson joined Invariant LLC as corporate communications and public affairs strategist. Johnson was previously chief of staff at the Brunswick Group’s Washington office.

Terri Oliva will join the American Gas Association as chief financial officer. Oliva was previously vice president and chief human resources officer at the Edison Electric Institute.
