She previously was a senior director at Capital One and before that was chief of staff and senior adviser at the Treasury Department’s Office of Tax Policy during the Obama administration. She also worked as senior policy adviser to Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.).
Jenn Ridder, former Biden for President national states director, joined Precision Strategies as a managing director in the firm’s mobilization and campaign management practice. She previously managed ex-Montana Gov. Steve Bullock’s (D) 2020 presidential campaign and Colorado Gov. Jared Polis’s (D) 2018 gubernatorial campaign.
Cinnamon Rogers was named head of global government affairs at DocuSign. She previously was executive vice president of public advocacy at CompTIA and before that was senior vice president of government affairs at the Telecommunications Industry Association.
Cozen O’Connor Public Strategies named Tristan Breaux, former legislative director for ex-Rep. Joe Cunningham (D-S.C.), a principal. Breaux worked for Cunningham for one year and before that was director of policy at the National Housing Conference.
Klein/Johnson Group hired Ian Rayder, Colorado’s former deputy secretary of state, as the firm’s fourth principal. Rayder previously was director of federal affairs at Denver International Airport and before that was director of government affairs at Cisco and deputy chief of staff to Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-Fla.).
GrayRobinson hired Elizabeth Blair Hancock as a federal legislative consultant. She previously worked in the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Office of Congressional and Intergovernmental Relations during the Trump administration.
The U.S. Chamber of Commerce hired Latricia Boone as vice president to help lead the Equality of Opportunity Initiative, which works to close race-based opportunity gaps in areas like employment and entrepreneurship. Boone previously was a senior director at Leadership for Educational Equity and before that was director of congressional advocacy at the National Urban League.
The Telecommunications Industry Association promoted Colin Andrews to senior director of government affairs. Andrews had been director of government affairs since July 2019 and was policy counsel starting in May 2018. Before that, he was a director at the National Federation of Community Broadcasters.
