Téa Gennaro was named executive vice president and chief financial officer at the National Association of Broadcasters. Gennaro was previously chief financial officer at Associated Builders and Contractors, where she worked for seven years.

Kelly Memphis has been promoted to senior manager of government relations at the Public Affairs Council. For the previous two years she has been government relations and stakeholder engagement manager and before that was state government affairs manager at American College of Cardiology.

The National Confectioners Association (NCA) hired Steve McCroddan as its chief financial officer. McCroddan previously held the same post at the Consumer Brands Association. The NCA also hired Kyle Jordan as vice president of membership and meetings. He previously was managing director of learning and conferences at the Financial Planning Association.

Ogilvy Government Relations promoted Alissa Clees from senior associate to principal. She has worked at Ogilvy for nearly nine years and previously was the scheduler for ex-Sen. Ben Nelson (D-Neb.).

Robert Diamond, founder and CEO of Stratagem Public Affairs, merged his firm with Capitol Counsel, where he is now a partner and leads its executive branch practice. Diamond previously was special assistant to the president and director of private sector engagement under former President Obama.

Bill Ball joined Foley & Lardner LLP as public affairs director. He previously was deputy staff director for Republicans on the House Natural Resources Committee and before that was staff director for Republicans on the House Natural Resources Subcommittee on Water, Power and Oceans.
