Tevi Troy, former vice president of public policy at Juul Labs, is now a senior adviser on the board of experts for Leavitt Partners LLC. Troy worked at Juul for nearly three years. Before that, he was CEO of the American Health Policy Institute and deputy secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services under during the George W. Bush administration.

Gloria Boyland was named a strategic adviser for self-driving tech company Aurora Innovation Inc. Boyland previously was director of Chesapeake Energy for nearly four years and before that spent over 15 years at FedEx. She most recently was corporate vice president of operations and service support at FedEx.

Steven Shparber joined Clark Hill Plc’s environment, energy and natural resources practice group. He previously was a partner at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP, where he worked for three years. Before that, he was an attorney-adviser for two years at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s Office of Administrative Law Judges during the Obama administration.

Joe Devooght, former deputy chief of staff to Rep. Pete Visclosky (D-Ind.), joined Honeywell International Inc.’s Washington office. He worked for Visclosky for 16 years and started on Capitol Hill as an intern to former Rep. Dale Kildee (D-Mich.).
